I'm a French man living in Belgium. I love this country's open-mindedness, and have called Brussels home for 12+ years. By trade, I'm a facilitator: I design and run good meetings for groups of people. I run my own small business. I'm a people lover, a geek, a cook, occasionally paint and sketch, and love traveling (how original…) and cinema-going. I'm planning to get a cat but don't have one right now. Oh and I love – LOVE – brass bands. : )

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

So it seems I've been on this website for… 17 years now!? I started hosting Couchsurfers when I wasn't yet 18 and still living at my mom's place. She was a bit unsure about the whole thing, and more comfortable with me hosting on my own once I moved out.

Anyway, I kept this going and then paused for a few years. I don't participate nearly as much as I'd like to, but as the Germans say, you can't dance on every stage! I've surfed and hosted in several places and with really friendly folks.
