Live in France for a year

ABOUT ME

I'm taking a year between graduate programs to live in Bordeaux, France with my girlfriend, Rachel, and my daughter, Paige (with us until December). Rachel will be working as an assistant language teacher at an elementary school in Bordeaux. We plan to travel around France mostly by living and working on organic farms through the WWOOF organization, and couch surfing. We're both eager to meet French people, learn about the culture, and improve our French abilities.

PHILOSOPHY

One of my favorite poets, Dorianne Laux, was on to something when she said, “Don’t take yourself too seriously, and live as variously as possible.”
