ABOUT ME

So...I'm from Kentucky: horses, chicken, farms. I was whisked off to London when I was 14, back to the USA for a short time for college, then Germany, London, moved to New Zealand for flight school, then Madrid, Lyon France, then came 3 years in Berlin, and voila - Dubai. #run-on sentence. It's a bit random, but I can't stop, and I can't settle down. Living life doing things always against my better judgement. Embracing FOMO.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I might be able to host but due to work I'm always travelling so I might not be around. I'm up for a coffee out, museum hopping, exploring some abandoned building, or even some drinks in the park. Amusement park?! Zoo!Go Karting?!Hiking!? CAMELS?!!! haha...
Also mildly addicted to coffee, so anything involving that would be great as well.

Interests

DJing, exploring new places, reading the news, keeping up with the world, films, derelict structures, history, politics, consideration for others, giving up seats on subways for old women / pregnant /the infirm, relaxing...

I have a fascination with the former Eastern Bloc / Warsaw Pact countries and leftover marks of Soviet influence / propaganda on the urban environment. So I try to do alot of my travelling based around where I might find buildings / monuments that incorporate those aspects.
