About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Nothing too ambitious, just see the world, write a book, learn guitar, speak Spanish.

ABOUT ME

I am currently in the midst of a two year round the world adventure. I wrapped up a couple months in Australia, five months in South America, and am working my way to Asia for eight months before heading to Africa and Europe.

I am a writer, currently working on a book. I also do a bit of travel writing and short stories, for publishing and money purposes.

Second to writing, I love food, all kinds. I love to cook all kinds of food, my one challenge is not making it to spicy!

My other favorite things are travel and people. I drink socially, but am trying to avoid the writer alcoholic stereotype.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is for living, love everyone, I'll try anything twice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing, although I feel guilty for this since I have lived in such great cities (San Diego, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Sydney's), but I will have the opportunity to pay it forward wherever my next city of life is, probably Barcelona, Berlin or Amsterdam.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books, all books, feed me books!

Right now I am hooked on Father John Misty for music, but I am always picking up new stuff as I meet people.

Favorite movies are a little odd, Silence of the Lambs, The Shining, Super Troopers, The Jerk.

Teach, Learn, Share

I learned a bit of Spanish in South America, so I am always looking to practice. My theory is that everyone knows something I dont, so I can learn from anyone, which is an opportunity I try to take advantage of.
