My personal philosophy is life is for living. I like to challenge myself and go outside my comfort zone to experience the different cultures and places the world has to offer us.

I love to be involved. I might be shy at first with new people, but I usually find my place quickly and want to be a part of the action.

This is my first CouchSurfing experience! I hope it is a good one.

I spend as much time as I can outside. This past year I worked on an organic farm in Canada and in my spare time I liked to hike, climb, cycle or swim. I also love music and like to learn about new genres and bands. Live music is particularly entertaining for me.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I do not spend too much time watching movies, but I compensate for this by listening to lots of music. If is has a beat, a melody or a message, I have a hard time resisting the urge to move my body or be moved emotionally. I also enjoy reading autobiographies or memoirs.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Skiing in knee deep powder in the big mountains of British Columbia. Snorkeling off a small island in the Great Barrier Reef and seeing a rainbow of different fish and aquatic life. Hearing a woman talk about her political struggle and how she risks her life to bring food across borders in the middle east from farms to hungry communities.

I am able to share lots about traveling, about farming, food preservation, cooking and food, about being active, about living a balanced life and about how to make dreams a reality.

I like to learn about everything, but am particularly interested in furthering my knowledge about cultural differences, farming, cooking, food preservation and food, music, art, politics, lifestyle choices and the outdoors.
