I am from the United States and a lot of fun! Easy-going, almost to a fault, nearly nothing bothers me. I am very social and love to talk and meet new people! I spent 8 months in France and worked as a language assisstant, while traveling extensively in Europe. I hope to do the same in 2018.

Le français est ma deuxième langue, mais je l'ajoute pour certains ou certaines qui le parlent; tout d'abord je suis américain, plutôt du côte ouest des Etats-Unis, c'est-à-dire la Californie, l'Oregon, le Washington, et l'Arizona. C'est là où j'ai grandi et passé le plupart de ma vie. J'apprends le français depuis 8 ans et j'ai travaillé pendant 8 mois avec les collègiens en France comme assistant de langue anglaise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are really a number of reasons, I love meeting new people, making new friends, and forming connections with people from different cultures and backgrounds. If we are not already super close and I do not know everything about you, I will always be interested to talk about our differences. I am also not earning a whole lot of money from the French government for my job, so I like to save money and if that can be while I create new friendships, even better!

J'ai créé un compte pour mieux faire des connaissances et trouver des logements lorsque je suis en Europe, mais ce serait aussi hyper intéressant de devenir hôte et acceullir les gens chez moi, aux Etats-Unis. Parce que je suis jamais venu en Europe avant 2016, je veux beaucoup voyager et je gagne pas super bien ma vie (l'éducation nationale est comme ça,) donc je me suis dit: pourquoi pas éssayer Couchsurfing?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best adventures I've had so far in my life I think is just the whole experience of going to live in Europe for 8 months, travelling, meeting new people, experiencing new things at every turn, and definitely living in an environment where you're not guaranteed to be understood and make yourself understood by everyone around you (especially since I went to Budapest and Prague, and do not speak a single word of Czech or Hungarian.)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I always have a lot of opinions, and I feel I have a lot of knowledge to share. In general I love teaching people things, and learning things myself, so what I would love to share is my knowledge!
