ABOUT ME

I like to meet new people (Sometimes my friends get mad because I'm ignoring them when meeting someone new).
I am a laid back and go with the flow kind of guy (I think it's because I've moved so many times, I am used to many different people and living situations).
I've heard I can be humorous from time to time.
Genuine, Understanding, Caring.

I looove to surf! It would be sick to be able to surf around the world! (I need to do that before I have other people to take care of)
I love all sports, but my sport is soccer. I've played all throughout elementary school to high school to college! When I travel, I would make it a point to attend soccer matches in that country. Also pick up games wherever they are happening are always fun to be a part of.
I also really enjoy music. I sort of play the drums and guitar, but would really love to get lessons or something to actually get good at them.
I love to study psychology and how minds work.

Some of my most favorite movies are Braveheart, Forrest Gump, Hook, Independence Day, and Into the Wild.
For books I love The Hobbit, Kite Runner, The Life of Pi, Harry Potter, psychology books.
Music is a wide array of likes. Currently I'm into the Local Natives, Explosions in the Sky, and Mumford and Sons.

I've always loved Hawaii, but the first time I got to see Pipeline in North Shore, and I was definitely blown away. Such huge waves in such a beautiful setting, I was in disbelief it was all real! Would love to go back.
Being in Bolivia, there was so much poverty and it was apparent everywhere. It was interesting being there knowing it's a third world country because you picture it being so much worse. But when I experienced the people and how joyful they were and how much they loved life, I didn't feel like I was in a foreign country. Making these unique and meaningful connections with the people, even with a language barrier, it made me realize that we as humans are all connected. And that there are similarities in all of us no matter what country you're in! My trip to Bolivia made me realize how important human connections are.
