Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I was the Manager of Yoga Teacher Trainings for Moksha/Modo International for 3 years. I ran 3-6 major events per year leading groups of people through life changing and challenging experiences in remarkable locations. I didn't know what I was doing when I started, other than enough about teaching yoga and being a good listener, and it pushed me to learn how to do things I didn't consider myself capable of. It absolutely shaped who I am today in the face of challenges and in terms of connecting with people in a real way.

I love conversation and would love to talk about pretty much anything under the sun. I have a particular skill as a yoga teacher in terms of helping out with basic anatomy questions, muscle tightness, etc.
