About Me

ABOUT ME

My great friend Tara and I are taking a trip to Europe together. I enjoy adventure, a good laugh and a few drinks with good friends. I have lots of energy and like to be on the move, and always looking for what's next in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

Travel, lots!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Would like to host people in the future but currently I am travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a lot on my current trip and have loved it. I've met some amazing people this way, and seen the city from a locals perspective rather than a tourists. unbeatable experience.

Interests

Biking, reading, writing, drawing, sewing, archery, travelling of course, home brewing beer and wine, leather work, running, hiking, yoga, swimming in a lake, swimming in a river, swimming in the ocean, swimming in a man made hole in someones back yard. Camping, cooking, eating, drinking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, and the genre really doesn't matter to me, what I look for is thought provoking books with an interesting philosophy. Educational books too like autobiographies, or Joseph Campbell's Hero With a Thousand Faces. I think it will be impossible to fit in all the books I wish to read in one lifetime.
Music is too vast to explain, just good music of every kind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is a huge number of things that come to mind but skydiving tops it all. Falling through the air before that parachute goes up is an amazing feeling!

Teach, Learn, Share

There is a couple things I can offer to teach:
-Sewing
-Step by step instructions on how to home brew from malt, and tricks to make it well.
-Distilling
-I have lots of cooking experience
-I've done enough yoga to remember some good routines, without remembering all the names of the poses.

If you know how to speak Spanish PLEASE teach me. I'm a beginner learner.
I'm also learning the violin and archery.
