Hello! I started Couchsurfing in 2010 and had a great profile with tons of reviews and references, but Couchsurfing deleted my profile and can't recover it :(

In any case, I quit my job over a year ago and have been traveling full time ever since. In my former life I was a Construction Project Manager in San Francisco, California but I always knew I'd save up and quit at some point to travel and I am living out my dream right now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet and get to know new people, especially while I am solo traveling. Every person has their own unique story and I enjoy getting to know it. From 2010-2011 I used Couchsurfing throughout Europe and met up with about a dozen people, whether it was staying at their place or for a cup of coffee or beer. I am not sure if Couchsurfing has changed over the years, but I am excited to have a similar experience throughout Asia just like I did in Europe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a solo two month road trip throughout the American Southwest, mostly Utah, while 4 wheeling to beautiful remote places and sleeping in my 4Runner on a platform I built

Teach: Photography, photo editing, weight lifting, bike riding, a back flip!

Learn: Languages, cooking

Share: a walk, visit to a park, a meal, a drink

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I stay at your place, I can cook a nice American meal and teach you California slang.
