ABOUT ME

I am very interested in learning about our wonderful planet. I want to hear and understand how other people experience the world, which is sometimes difficult in day-to-day life, thus I am an enthusiastic traveler. My hobby is reading about history and politics, and I love discussing the current events of the day with others, especially those who are more knowledgeable or have more up-close experience than I.
I was born and raised in San Francisco, a very cosmopolitan city that offered me, at a very young age, an unmediated view of the larger world that many Americans often miss. My political ideals and views are undoubtedly informed by where I am from.
I have traveled a lot. I have mostly visited Europe, mainly because I have friends in England and Germany.
What else... It is impossible to compact a life into a web-form, so I won't even try. Plus, I am not in to talking about my self so much, or at least not mulling over the details of my character.
