ABOUT ME

I enjoy reading, the beach, California, flying wherever, drinking/socializing with friends. I like to lead an active social life. I also do volunteer work. Muay Thai.

And I'm still a Model UN geek.

PHILOSOPHY

I always try to make sure I live. Some can spend their lives with noses in books and working 12 hour days. I choose to spend time with myself, friends, and family. These things make me happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No real couchsurfing experiences other than waking up on a friend's couch forgetting where I was. I hitch-hiked from Concepcion to Temuco in Chile when I was 16. Thank goodness for truckers.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are so many wondrous things I've seen and experienced, especially in the mundane. One of the best things I can say I've done is lived in the barrio historico in Tucson. I feel so privileged to have lived in an historic adobe home in old Tucson.

My year in Chile was incredible. My 10pm language sessions with my host mother were memorable and irreplaceable.

It's those periods of time that stick out in my mind, rather than one-time flings through cities, and drunken evenings. Which, by the way, totally have their own merit.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy helping english speakers learn Spanish (including pronunciation!).
I can teach Model UN way too well for any self-respecting 30year old.
