I'm European-born, but I've been living in Canada for a long time. I also spent a few years in the United States (Florida and San Francisco).
I've traveled to many places in Europe and North America, and I'm planning to visit a few other continents as well.
I have many interests — variety is the spice of life! I know that life is too important to take seriously.
When hosting, I have a nice place in downtown Vancouver (Yaletown area) close to everything.

I love all kinds music. For partying especially, I like house and techno; for serious listening, classical (love Schubert) and jazz. Live music is important, and I like going to concerts, whether big or small.

I read both fiction (Henry James, Joseph Conrad, etc.) and non-fiction (Antonio Damasio, Alan Bloom, etc.).

I watch all kinds of movies, but some of my favourites are La Dolce Vita, Lawrence of Arabia, Dr. Strangelove, Inception, The Conversation, and 아가씨.
