ABOUT ME
I'm a philosopher, a yogi, a teacher and a musician. Although I live and work in London I love nature and the Earth. I've practised meditation daily since my late teens and I am strongly influenced by eastern religions. My politics are gentle green anticapitalist. I've travelled in India quite a bit.
I do a lot of cycling. I'm vegetarian.

I have couchsurfed a few times, was great.
Interests
I play various instruments - guitar and Indian bamboo flutes are the main ones.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know whether I can compare, for instance, the source of the Ganges and the birth of my children. I've seen a lot of amazing things but I'd aspire to see eternity in a flower - or love in other people.
