ABOUT ME

I'm an Australian, born in Melbourne, lived in Sydney for a few years, moved to Vancouver, Canada for 6 years and am now back in Melbourne. I'm an animator during the day, a part-time photographer when I need some extra cash and I dabble in screenwriting. I love the sun, love seeing new places and love a good movie. I'm easy-going and like to keep things pretty simple.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just starting out with couch surfing but I have hosted 1 surfer a couple years ago, with mixed results.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted 1 person in the past but never surfed myself. I'm a little nervous but excited at the possibilities and potential of new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

love all kinds of movies but focus mostly on horror, sci-fi, action, drama, comedy, indie, thriller.. gee I guess that's most :)

I love most music made by passionate artists. Genres are pretty open though I'm not into the tween scene.

I don't read as much as I wish I did but I love comic books, screenplays, how-to books, and want to read more sci-fi, horror etc. Loved the God Delusion, Ishmael, Story of B, End of Faith, the Wild Trees and many more I'm forgetting at this moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

at 11am on 11/11/11 I turned 33 while standing atop a Mayan pyramid in the Belize jungles surrounded by nothing but blue sky, lush treetops, my beautiful girlfriend and the sound of howler monkeys in the distance. Sadly no aliens came to get me :)
