ABOUT ME

My friends would say that I'm a lively, fun spirit that always wants to have a good time. I'm pretty sure they would say something about my academic interests and how hard I work. I'm really adventurous and always happy with an optimistic outlook on life. I think they would certainly maintain my passion for equality and just how open-minded I can be.
I was born in the Pacific Northwest where I was taught many progressive and socialist values. I'm currently writing a thesis on representations of masculinity in France from the July Monarchy to Impressionism. Additionally, I'm curating an exhibit and studying Montréal's cultural aesthetics.
After graduation, I'm trying to work in the PNW before I (hopefully) go back to Paris and teach English. Afterwards, I would love to attend grad school at McGill.
I don't have many detailed ambitions after that... Maybe you can help.

C'est ma dernière année dans la fac, et je cherche une carrière comme un historien de l'art. Maintenant, je fais un grand dissert sur les représentations de la masculinité dans les images du 19e siècle en France. Je suis fier d'avoir grandi dans le nord-ouest Pacifique d'Amérique (où j'avais appris des morales socialistes et pacifistes), mais je préfère de poursuivre mes rêves d'ailleurs. Je voudrais bien de continuer mes études à Mcgill, mais avant, je veux enseigner l'anglais sur Paris.

I love to play games that make you laugh out loud; I'm always looking for a laugh. But perhaps my greatest passion is traveling, which is why I'm here in the first place!\
