Hey fellow travelers! I'm Kristia! I'm a outgoing, social, cheerful person who enjoys meeting new folks and creating new connections! I've met some wonderful people traveling and love how you can make great friends with someone who lives half way around the world! I'm pretty laid back, I have two awesomely intelligent children who are always glad to meet new people and have new experiences! I love animals, dancing, horses, and video games! I've spent most of my life working with animals over the years (took a few years off to work with at-risk youth!) so we're a super animal-friendly house! With 6 dogs, 3 cats, a parrot, 3 goats, and a mini-horse.. You'd have to be!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently just hosting for surfing! I hope to eventually be able to travel more but with my kids being so young and my house full of wild, fuzzy, and furry things, right now hosting is all we can do!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couch surfed myself but both my sister and my mother have couch surfed, both as surfers and hosters, and have had multitudes of great experiences! I want to get involved, too! I have also had a couple surfers in our house and I have enjoyed the experience a great deal!

People! I love learning about other people's experiences and how they view life. I think we all bring something unique to the table! I'm also a lover of good music, good books, good wine and beer, and I love to horseback-ride! Animals are sort of my thing, I love the energy they bring to the table.
