I've ascended to an altitude of 3,970 meters above sea level, a challenging and adventurous feat for me. Another significant achievement in my life is abstaining from alcohol for 7 years. Additionally, for preventative health reasons, I sometimes practice fasting and once went without food for a full 37 hours.
