ABOUT ME

Hi all, I'm Maya from China and I live in the U.S.A right now. Being brought up in one country and then living in another really helped me understand the importance of inter-cultural communication. I value learning much and in my opinion, traveling is one of the best ways to learn. The outward learning experience is also an inward exploration to oneself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Surf, right now I cannot host due to various reasons (traveling being one of them), but would definitely love to do so soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only hang out with some couch surfers and hosts in Munich but I'm looking forward to start my own surfing adventure!

Interests

I love cinema, French New Wave, Italian Neo-realism, German Expressionism... The best activity for me is to have a cup of coffee or tea and a great book in my hand, reading for the whole Saturday afternoon or traveling to places and having exciting adventures with new people.
