Hey, I'm an outgoing Australian with a passion for travelling. I did the standard "gap year" in Europe and since then have spent all my holidays overseas.
I'm an open person and happy to be asked anything.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm travelling around Europe for a month prior to studying in Sweden for 6 months and would love to meet some interesting people in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia before I head across to Stockholm.

Interessen

Travelling is the obvious one, going to the beach, scuba diving, rock climbing, having a good chat, practising my crappy spanish, meeting new people etc.
I also am learning the ukulele which I have with me and would be keen to jam with anyone who has the patience!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hiking up to the Base Camp of the Annapurna mountain range in Nepal at 5 am with nothing but a terrible torch on my phone. I walked up there from the previous teahouse by myself in the dark and have never seen more stars in my life. Then I watched the sun rise with complete strangers as an avalanche crashed down on the mountain range behind us.

My best friend and I spent a solid 40 hours travelling to a little beach in Albania based solely on a little paragraph written in a Lonely Planet. It ended up that the writer had probably never gone to the beach but we spent 2 days hanging out with really friendly Albanian guys on the beach, even though they spoke no English. It was well worth the trip!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I play the ukulele and harmonica quite poorly but can teach you what I know! Both are very easy to learn to a basic standard, and very fun to travel with.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

A love of cooking, music, and good conversation. I like to debate topics of any nature and am interested in literally anything as long as you are passionate about it.
I would love to cook a big pasta meal for us to share :)
