ABOUT ME

I am a prairie guy living with my girlfriend here in Vancouver. I'm currently adjusting from living in a small house on the edge of a farm field in the Canadian prairies, to a high rise apartment in the core of one of the most beautiful cities on the planet with the mountains outside my window and a multitude of ethnic food selections just down the street.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfed a few times in New Zealand and Australia and now it's time to repay the favour back home in Canada. Was the only couch surf host in the town of Russell Manitoba for a year and a half and received only one couchsurf request. I think there's a few more couch surfers in Vancouver so I'm hoping to meet some. My girlfriend is new to couch surfing so I'm hoping to show her a positive experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have felt the intense warmth of many a strangers hospitality, both close and far from home. Hope to give it back.

Visiting the Arctic circle and seeing the midnight sun, or building an igloo then sleeping in it at 20 below freezing. Rode the BC inside passage ferry with my girlfriend Alicia.
