Hey there!
I'm Büşra, 22 years old, recently graduated my Pre-primary teaching bachelors in Turkey. I was born and raised in Antalya and I'm still living here. I was in Germany 2 years ago for one semester via Erasmus programme and I couldn't get enough of it so I'm coming back :) I have a passion for traveling and taking photos.

Here are some trivial things about me,: before you get to know me, or I get to know you, I might look like a cold person from the outside. But when the ice is broken I'm a pretty talkative and cheerful person. I like to get to know people and all the stories they can share.

I have a NEVERENDING love for dogs. I can't help my self not to jump on every dog I see on the street. I really like to adopt a dog someday when I have my own steady home but since I'm living with my family, I'll have to wait. So if you have a dog in your apartment, there's a strong possibility that I'd ditch you and hang out with your dog instead.

I like second hand and flea market shopping. I am in love with good old stuff with stories behind that I'll never know. And for bargain prices. I like vintage clothing. Unfortunately there are almost no second hand places in my home city.

AND I'm trying to learn German but I know so little and I quite suck at it so if you're willing to never answer me back in Englis and force me to speak German , you're very welcome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I prefer staying at a warm home with sweet souls in it other than some random hotel/hostel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly like indie music and singer/songwriters. My favorite bands/musicians are Florence&The Machine, The Shins, Arcade Fire, The National, Cage the Elephant, The Crookes, alt-J, Two Door Cinema Club, Damien Rice, The Killers, Foster The People, Tom Odell, Vampire Weekend and I can keep going all day.

Movie-wise I think I like drama movies best. Some of my favorites are Ghibli Studio movies (Nausicaa of the valley of the wind and Howl are my bests) I Origins, Hachiko, Beginners, About Time, Les Miserables Musical.

I’m OBSESSED with Brooklyn NINE NINE!!

My favorite books are: To Kill A Mockingbird, Les Miserables, Jane Eyre, Madonna in a Fur Coat, The Book Thief.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Heidelberg with the Erasmus programme 2 years ago. It was really amazing for me and was the best 4 and a half months in my entire life with great experiences. And the best of the best part of it was the 17 days interrail Scandinavia trip that I started alone and finished with my friends, experiencing the Northern Lights.
