Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
Flying above the majestic "Victoria Falls" in Africa, above the Zambia/Zimbabwe border, in a small airplane.
Myself operating a huge "steam locomotive" in India, between Allahabad and Satna, with the blessing of the engineer who was watching me -of course- but this took place in 1988, long before before "9/11"
Visiting the 'continent' of Antarctica which was possible, due to the smaller size cruise ship I was on. Large ships are only permitted to smaller islands.

Keep your body and mind sharp and happy. Eat right, with minimum amounts of fast food and stick to -non commercial- foods. Used "plenty" of fresh fruits and vegetables (the elixir of life.) Try and stay away from -in between- meal snacks (or at least) eat them at meal-times only and in limited amounts. Also, the time of the day that you eat is important as well (when you're hungry that is!) Good body blood circulation keep your organs healthy through walking, swimming, cross-country skiing, yoga and other fitness programs, sports, etc.
