CURRENT MISSION

My current travels are taking me to Washington to visit friends in Seattle and Olympia. From there I plan to make my way down the coast of Oregon and California. This is exciting for me since Colorado is the furthest west I have been in the United States!

ABOUT ME

Hello! I am a outgoing and energetic person who likes to make the best of any situation. I have lived in Maine and Michigan my whole life and am looking to get out and see the world. I have now worked in Colorado for my first ski season. It was amazing! I missed out on a lot of fun growing up playing hockey. However I think it made me a better skier. I am looking to use my degree and find a job as a Physical Educator. So naturally I am very active and love the outdoors. I enjoy mountain biking, running, walking, swimming, fishing, camping, and nearly anything that keeps me moving. I often times try to incorporate exercise into a lot of my daily activities!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I smile and say hello to each person I pass. I am open to new experiences and welcome surfers to my couch wehen I am able. I would also like to surf my way down the west coast on my current trip!

Interests

I am interested in a lot of activites from golf and tennis in the summers, mountain biking and fishing year round, skiing and playing hockey in the winters, and a lot of other activities i'm sure I haven't even tried yet.

I enjoy reading and collecting books. Someday I wish to have a library in my house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Together with a good friend, we build a twigloo in the Rocky Mountains. We frequent it to have fires and share with friends! Ask me about it and Ill tell you more!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have studied sport and exercise science, nutrition, physical education and Kinesiology. I am a physical educator and enjoy speaking with people about my studies and interests.
