ABOUT ME

After university I enjoyed one of the best years of my life when I taught English in South Korea for a year. This gave me the chance to not only embrace a new culture in Korea, but travel to several different countries in Asia as well.
While I am back in Canada working, I can't wait for my next adventure - Paris and Belgium in less than a week!

I'm an extremely easy going person and enjoy hearing about the stories and adventures that everyone I meet has. I think that is one of the best ways to learn about things I never would have even thought about or considered before. While I might be a little tied down to one location with my current job, I really do look forward to the next time (and times) I get to explore somewhere new!

Intereses

When I travel, I like to find a balance between visiting the must-see attractions as well as the seemingly mundane and routine places and things that might be overlooked. I like finding places where locals eat and drink. I like taking pictures of markets. I am perfectly happy learning what and how the locals drink.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Living in South Korea for a year while teaching English to grade 3 and 5 students was by far one of the most amazing things I've ever done. Even though it's been a full year since I was there, I can't believe how much fun I had and how much I learned while I was there.
