I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. Over the years I have traveled to 8 countries outside of the USA which include Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Morocco, Panama, Guatemala. I used to live in Liberia where I was an education volunteer in the Peace Corps; I taught math and science. After I came home, I taught for the junior high and high school in Petal Mississippi. After that I worked for two contractor of NOAA, where I would climb aboard commercial fishing vessels to collect data for fisheries management. Through this job as an observer I got to travel around Alaska and the southeast US. I was able to hike to a glacier, go snorkeling off the coast, and visit Disney World in between jobs! Now, I teach English online to children in China. Outside of the classroom I love calling my four-year-old nephew to hear him talk on the phone so he can tell me about his day every day.
