ABOUT ME

I've been told I'm a dreamer, all signs point to yes on this one! Whether I'm laying under an open sky or kayaking down a river my mind is constantly thinking of places I need to go, things I've just got to see and goals I set for myself. I'm currently going to college in the Twin City area- majoring in cross culture studies, my main focus being the French and German culture and language. My ancestors came to Canada from Europe and from there went down to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and rather than progressing with the American culture I'm taking a step back and getting back to my roots. Can you blame me? I feel we all need to be conscious of where we come from. I've got a passion for the good in the world and with saying that I am open to most anything that comes my way.

Interests

Music constitutes most of my time, but other than that I love learning and experiencing life. History, sociology, art, culture, reading, cooking, the great outdoors, biking, climbing and the list continues. I'm extremely open to things that are exhilarating and get your mind churning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One moment I found myself awestruck was when I was 13 years old in the desolate, beautiful, country of the Upper Pennisula of Michigan. On this particular night Aurora Borealis light up the sky with purples, yellows and greens. I laid on my back and watched the sky until I finally fell asleep; waking up to an abundance of mosquito bites.
