ABOUT ME

My name is Lorenzo
I am 39 years old
I am a professional Street and Stage Perfomer.
Since the last ten years I am travelling the world with an eccentric one-man-band character (called GALiRò) show which I performed in more then 300 events, and in streets, theatres, bars, in 28 countries worldwide... and I REALLY LIKE THIS JOB AND THIS LIFE

I am married

and basically happy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

* I can host, and I'd like to host travellers

* while surfing someone's couch I can cook, play private concert, talk about basic conversation (weather and so on...) and conversation about common interests

* I try to join couch surfing groups in the city where I am

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

* in Granada and Torino I hosted some people and it was amazing to get in touch with new people in this way

* While travelling I surf someone's couch (when someone wants) and it makes me really feel that place I'm visiting in a completely different way

* I met my wife with couch surfing

* I try to join couch surfing groups in the city I am in that moment, there are so many stories that I can't tell them all here, but I always find that's a good way to get involved in the city and people

兴趣

* MUSIC most of all. I am interest in every kind of music, even if -after listening I would say "I don't like it"-. When I travel I'd really love to join concert places, listen to local bands, meet musicians... and I have some really good experiences about it. From Exsperimental-Jazz to Hard-rock, from Classic to Techno, from Pop to weird-local-Indie... please share with me what I still don't know!!!!!

* STREET PERFORMING!!! In the places I go I found there's a "special connection with other street performer and that's really good, good exchange of experiences and knowledges. So, I am interested in meeting street performers where I am and see other performers experiences and show, sometimes happened also to share some performing moments

* FOOD. . . eheh I put it in the 3rd position, I love to know about food I don't know and (according to friends and guests) I can cook pretty good (ITALIAN but not only)

* ART & HISTORY watching museum or visiting historical buildings, photos, performances and so on... this is something that makes me really happy

* MOVIES I'm a cinema lover. definitively

* NATURE . . . last but not last
long walks, fields and forests... sometimes that's not even an interest BUT A NEED!

* LOCAL LIFE and so on... I was almost forgetting that because, sometimes, it sounds just obvious, but of course if I visit a place, I'm interest in what's happening there

教，学，和分享

I read about this stuff of CouchSurfing University, and I feel that the sharing knowledges mood is really important and interesting
so, this is my part:

* * * * Teach * * * *

* THEATRE BASICS - since I come from a LeCoq Theater academy I can teach Theater BASICS with LeCoq method. It can include space use, body stage presence (I worked hard about hat on myself, and I'd like to share this with other), dramatic games and basic theatre games and improvisations.
I organised workshops with children several years ago, right now I'm more interested in performing than teaching, so, I'm not doing it as a job, but I still can do it

* THEATRE MASK USE. I'm really interest in that and I want to keep on doing it. I studied Neutral LeCoq masks, Larval masks, COMMEDIA DELL'ARTE, CLOWN and basic of puppets use
I can teach that, I can share it

* MUSIC APPROACH - I say approach because that's something I was glad to learn from people who helped me a lot in my personal and artistic growing.

* LANGUAGES - I'm studying Korean pretty hard and I want to learn Japanese and chinese (at least reading)

* THEATER MASK USE - I'd like to study it more and I'm really curiose about Japanese and Korean Masks use

* MUSIC APPROACH . . . please I need more!!!!!!
