Just learned about this great community! For the time being I am looking forward to experiencing the couchsurfing life style when I travel around Eastern Europe and maybe in the future open up my bed to the likes of you!

Interests

In my free time I go white water kayaking, hiking, and backpacking. I enjoy hanging out with friends while making dinner or going out to eat. My main interests include food, technology, and television. I will eat anything.

Music, Movies, and Books

All movies. Grew up watching lots of foreign documentaries but lately I've been getting into the horror genre; give me such an adrenaline rush.

I listen to all types of music. I'm obsessed with alternative indi rock and lately I have been listening to old country music.

Whenever I travel I try and read a book related to the location. When I was in Rome and near the Vatican I read "Angles and Demons" and when I was in Venice I read "The Thief Lord". The last book I read was "The Night Circus" which turned out to be enjoyable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snorkeling 30 feet in underground caves in Mexico when I was 9.

Teach, Learn, Share

The main thing I am probably qualified in teaching is volleyball. If you have a volleyball I can show you proper technique and teach you the rules to both beach and indoor. Random, I know but that's what I got.
