Just graduated from department of Cognitive Science at Middle East Technical University. And I decided to go on a photography tour in Iran (Tehran, Yazd and Isfahan), before struggling to find a job in Türkiye.

I’ve been playing guitar for long long years, and now I’m learning jazz patterns and finger techniques with help from a friend.

I really want to make new friends throughout my travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a real nerd about music and the history of cinema.

I like modern jazz (more melodic and easy listening than traditional jazz), ambient, blues, traditional bands, rock, pop—you name it, as long as it delivers an original tone, rhythm, instruments or melody.

My all-time favorite movies are Dead Man (1994), The Man Who Wasn't There (2001), The White Ribbon (2009), and Petite Maman (2021). I really like thoughtful, visually striking, and emotionally rich films.

Two of my favorite authors: Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar and Gabriel García Márquez. Their storytelling always takes me to new dimensions. They are true masters at creating dark atmosphere.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am pretty self sufficient and organized. I can cook, clean or help you to cook or something you need to do for your home.

I can teach you how to take photograph with a professional camera by explaning the essential settings such as shutter speed, iso and aperture. Also I can teach you the special techniques to create meaningful photos.
