HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When we are in town we host here in Sydney! We live in Freshwater on the Northern Beaches, one of the best parts of Sydney, within walking distance to the beach and the shops. Read the below and if you're keen to stay, shoot us a request and get in on the good times.

I (and my housemate) believe in the original values of CouchSurfer, a platform in which travellers share their culture, look out for one another and become mates.

Adventures shouldn't have a lack of characters, friends and local knowledge.

I've surfed since I was a little and taught a few friends.

Grew up in a national park and have been addicted to adventuring off for the weekend into the bush for camping, fishing, surfing and the like all my life. My friends and I often head out of town on weekend adventures when we get sick of the city, guests are sometimes welcome, but you have to be able to to rough it for a few days.

Worked in carpentry for many years growing up, if you've got an idea on building just about anything I'd love to hear it and perhaps sketch designs over a beer.

Can teach you to surf if there are boards available.
Help build just about anything that's made out of timber, skilled in building things with little availability to tools.
Some damn good storytelling.
