I was in Laos in 2016 when I decided that I would quit my job and travel the world for some time. I've spent the rest of that year and 2017 planning it out and talking about it (a lot). Now the time has come and I'm on the road.

I've been travelling all my life but this is my first long term trip and I feel like it is a good chance to start couchsurfing. I'm still figuring it out but definitely excited about the possibility of meeting people from all over the world and get to add a bit of a local point of view in my experience in their cities.

For the rest of the year (2018) I'll be travelling alone through Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, New Zeland, Australia, Southeast Asia, China, Russia and Europe. I'm hoping to fit some sofas on the way!
