CURRENT MISSION

Our current mission is to travel to Gran Canaria. On sunny days we can see the island from Santa Cruz, Tenerife and would love to go see what it's all about.

ABOUT ME

I am an English teacher living in Tenerife. I'll be traveling with my German friend, Mara who is an AuPair. We are adventurous, open-minded and friendly. Mara loves hiking and being outdoors and I prefer to have a coffee in a nice cafe or go to the beach.

PHILOSOPHY

Our personal philosophy is that we are young and getting to see the world while we can :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed once back when I was 19 in France. It was a unique experience and a great way to meet local people! One of our host families drove us to Mont Saint Michael and showed us around their city. It was unforgettable! Also in November 2014 a friend and I stayed in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with a host. We rented a car and explored the island together and I loved it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that I've done is go snorkeling in Tenerife. I have a fear of deep water so for me that was a big accomplishment.

I can share my life experience and English knowledge. I also speak a little German.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If a host is looking to practice their English we can speak in English but I also speak Spanish. I am easy going and can cook for you while I stay with you :)
