About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm looking for the version of myself that feels like home - then I can be home wherever I am
ABOUT ME
I was born, the first of four - two sisters and one brother. I went to school, I went to school, I went to school. I graduated last August. And now what?
I love the people in my life but there just isn't that many. I think that my dark/ goofy/ dry/ possibly annoying sense of humor is partly to blame for the wonderful people who occasionally hang around me. Might also be to blame for the people I miss out on. I would spend more time with people if I didn't watch so much TV, but I think I would still find a way to see this fantastic episodic art-media.
I care a lot about most things, so I try not to get into arguments I don't know anything about. Politics and economics, you know- the big important issues, are so combative usually... I love to talk about hypotheticals though. For example, I'm not much of a biologist, but I like to wonder if hippos would like ketchup. I love design and art and literature and movies. I love fluff- silly, sometimes poorly made little comedies that don't seem important but I think they really are.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I love the idea of people across the world sharing their homes. I've only had the opportunity to host one surfer but it was so much fun! Hopefully the next time my own name is on the lease, my space will be big enough to share again.
I'm doing the nomadic life while I'm trying to find my life passion/ dream career. I'd love to meet people along the way.
Interests
I love TV, movies, walks in a steady boot, reading, writing, arithmetic, cozy socks and cushy pillows.
I'm trying to love travel but it's so expensive.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book has been Peter Pan for a long time. I like fiction, but I most recently have gotten into biographies and sort of specific case studies- I had a moment where I watched all of the Marilyn Monroe biopics
Teach, Learn, Share
I taught myself to knit- I could pass along the basic knit, purl skill to anyone who wanted to know. I also have an extreme fondness for middle school algebra- I don't know how helpful that could be, but I do love it.
I'd love to learn more about languages, religions, people's favorite modes of transportation... anything really.
We can share about movies and TV. I know a lot about movies and everyone feels something about TV, and these are things that I think are worth sharing.
