ABOUT ME

Very new to this! I have friends who have used before and am in need of a couch, so I thought I'd finally join! I'm 28 female - soon to be 29...YIKES, but I'm really thinking 30's will be great. I have experience in marketing for the past 6+years - event, promo, experiential marketing! I used to work for vitamin water and smart water for Detroit - leading a team of ba's to work some really cool, fun events throughout the state! Am currently working a few auto shows for different brands - which is a lot of fun!

I love to travel, cook, all kinds of music, movies and dancing :) I'm down to do anything at anytime and I love meeting new people, especially people in a different culture than me - any experience is a good experience!

I enjoy spending my time doing a lot of different stuff across the board. I love to go out and party, but I also like to spend time at the library, searching for a new, good read! I am a huge family girl - I look forward to any family get together or any reason to spend time with them. My mom is 1 of 10 kids, so we are big, loud and energetic ;) You can ask any of my friends or people that know me and my family closeness is probably one of the first things they would say.

Yes, I've read the Twilight books...the movies are terrible...can't wait for the Hunger Games movie to come out too cuz' those books were great too :) haha...I don't just read young adults ;) I loved Pillars of the Earth, The Kite Runner, A Thousand Splendid Suns most recently.

traveled to Japan 3 times - love that country! first 2 times were in HS - once with a group and the second time independently at the age of 16. I went to Korea for the first time since being born there, summer of 2009 and then a month later to Germany with my parents - it was the best feeling to plan a international, spontaneous trip like that!
