ABOUT ME

We (Caitlyn and Amanda) have been kindred spirits for 8 years and have survived everything from our first highschool dance to the 2010 Vancouver Olympics side by side. We've been planning our transplant to the UK for about a year now and are more than ready to take the hop.

Amanda: HEY! I just graduated with a diploma in Marketing Management and am ready to get the eff outta here and see the world. I've played sports all my life including soccer, basketball, volleyball, ping pong and badminton. I also LOVE to snowboard and am sad to be missing the winter season here in Vancouver. I'm easy going and pretty casual...I like to wear shants (sweatpants that have been cut into short pants) on occasion. I work in the restaurant industry and I like to eat, drink and meet new people.

Caitlyn: I'm a free-spirited English student in search for the meaning to life. I love a good thrift store, ice cream and anything competitive. I work in the restaurant industry in Vancouver, which I love because I thrive off meeting new people and sharing life experiences. I like to scat (like skeebeebop shoopboobedoop kind of thing) and LOVE LOVE LOVE music. I play piano and am currently learning to play the guitar (so anyone with a guitar or piano will be in for some entertainment if I stay with you). I LOVE FOOD.

We're looking to expand our horizons in every direction; we're open minded and ready for anything!

Amanda invented a word... it's on urban dictionary so it's pretty legitimate.

BOAT TRAIN: Something you tell your friends to get on to psych them up for an activity they don't want to partake in. Kinda like bandwagon...but better.
