ABOUT ME

Hey everyone! currently backpacking through new zealand and would love to get to know some locals and fellow travelers!

A little about myself: I'm super easygoing and up for anything fun. I haven't traveled as much as I'd like to but having just finished college, I can finally itch the travel bug.

My tastes in music, film, art, food, etc. are fairly eclectic, and I love to learn, experience and try new things.

But most importantly, I look forward to meeting new people in interesting places. I'm always up for an adventure, so hit me up, drop me a line, and say hello!

PHILOSOPHY

If life were a pair of shoes, I'd want mine to be the most broken in, worn down, torn up, stained, muddied, dirtied, soaked and smelly pair of shoes that ever got patched up back whole. Because what else are shoes for, other than an adventure?

I'm just getting into surfing while on my cross country road trip, but I'm definitely hoping to get more involved as a host and in CS groups once I get settled into my own place.

I love learning new things and I'll try anything twice! The first time out of curiosity and the second time just to make sure.

I especially love the outdoors: hiking, camping, kayaking, snowboarding, running, swimming, peeing on trees, pooping in bushes, all that jazz.

Seeing the curve of the earth on Gros Morne mountain in Newfoundland.

Seeing the sky in Tibet. It was darker, like space was just beyond reach.

Seeing the Milky Way in the Canadian grasslands.

Hanging on for my dear life while racing across a Yunnan prairie on horseback.

Breaking into a pool on a mountain with friends at 4am and watching the sunrise.

Dancing like fools at the Montreal jazz fest.

Driving a ferry through a river canyon in Cuba.
