Born and raised in the beach town of mount maunganui, I am passionate about learning new things and improving myself. I love to keep active whether it be hiking, surfing, skiing and anything in between.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I enjoy learning about greek mythology and just learning in general so most of my books are non fiction. Love a good comedy movie or show, rick and morty or jumanji are two of my favourites. I love lots of music, lyrical music and music with impressive vocals or instumentals make up the bulk of my music, and eminem, all of his music.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Been charged by a shark. Swimming around an island in Papua new guinea, i was close to half way around and completely trapped in the water by the surrounding coral reefs at low tide. My only way back ashore was the beach on the opposite side of the island, when a black tip shark comes past at an unnerving speed. I followed it with my eyes as much as i could until i lost it in the distance. About 10 seconds pass of me staring into the blue when it appears racing directly towards me. It comes to within 2m of me, as i kick out at its nose to defend myself, it darts left and disappears back into the blue. The next 25 minutes of that swim were some of the most nerve wracking of my life, just occasionally seeing this shark poking its head out of the blue just to disappear again.
