About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live in a tree, travel for free, many places to see, what will it be?

ABOUT ME

Hmmm? I love to find inexpensive ways to entertain myself and those around me. So falling into that category would be the many home-built structures i've had the pleasure of designing and building. Structures to eat ,sleep, soak and steam, poop, build, chill, and groove. I seem to have a unnecessary habit of picking up other peoples junk for free or cheap and coming up with a usually creative way to utilize their refuse. Other than building stuff i work and live on a small farm when not hitchhiking, camping, or traveling around on this Giant Exciting Ball of Water and Land.

PHILOSOPHY

Volunteer with something you may have a passion in, and even if you passions change your volunteer work will not go unnoticed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love the freedom and responsibility to host as well as surf when on one of my many traveling adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've happen to have hosted many people out at the treehome where my roommate and i live, some have been friends i knew, hitchhikers i didn't know, and even couch surfers who somehow heard about the place. I've had nothing but good experiences in the circles of people i've met at home and while traveling US & CANADA.

Interests

Anything outdoors: Hiking, mtn biking, cycling, motorbiking, snowboarding, mushroom picking, wilderness survival, building, mechanics, 4x4ing, wild forging, rock climbing, anything high ropes related, zip-lines, giant bridge & rope swings, water related fun, festivals, dancing, dumpster diving.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tom Brown Jr. Books on wild edible plants, and wilderness survival. "On the Road" Jack Kerouac, "Paddle to the Amazon" Don Starkell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well you could call me a bit of a country bumpkin, my first sight (which i don't actually remember) was me being born on the kitchen floor of the farm house i grew up in and could even show you if you came over, no need for a hospitals. But since then i've got to watch and sometimes assist many farm animals when giving birth throughout the years.
