to make the world my home.
Guests: we can't host from July 31 because we will be moving out of our home before we go travel.
Born & raised in the bay area, I now live in New Zealand! I've lived in San Francisco, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, and now Auckland! I am a California girl, and I have the tat to prove it. I also have a lot of love for my second home, NYC. I have become a bit addicted to travel since the first time I stepped on a plane on my way to LA in Jan '07. I really do want to see EVERYTHING! I love meeting new people from all over the world; I've learned so much! I work in promotions and technical theatre. I do have fun with life, but that doesn't mean I don't work long and hard. I am a generous, loving, honest, trusting, intelligent, open-minded, passionate person.
Life is about discovering yourself and other people, places, and things along the way. Just do it! Buy a ticket and go!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted lots of travellers and events since I joined. I try to help out in whatever way I can and am always open to giving advice, meeting people, and hosting whenever my schedule permits.
I love CS! It's changed my life in so many ways. I wouldn't be where I am or who I am today without it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am an avid giver, I believe in giving blood (even though I can't because I practically passed out the first time), have spent lots of time volunteering, and I have donated my eggs on multiple occasions.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would really like to learn new languages, new skills, to plan an instrument or two, to become conversational in Spanish and I would like to have a better understanding of far off places.
