ABOUT ME

My name is Calin. I never have any idea what to write in these things. I guess I'll just tell you what I think is important to know about me. My passions include photography, music, foreign languages, and design. I am just starting to break into the professional world of photography and, I am extremely excited about the prospects. I am a classically trained operatic tenor and, I have performed in various European cities with the Montana State University Chorale. I studied foreign language for several years. I am fairly fluent in Spanish and I dabbled in German and Arabic for a while. I also love culture and travel and, I have many friends abroad with whom I keep in close contact.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never used this site before, however, I make friends very easily. My friend Hani let me stay at his flat in Alexandria, Egypt even though we had only met a few times. We are now life long friends. (The Egyptian people are extremely kind and giving).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have climbed Mount Sinai, snorkeled in the Red Sea, swam in the Nile, ridden horses behind the Great Pyramids of Giza, and floated above the Valley of the Kings in a hot air balloon... I have also seen the pope--I would say met, but they don't let you get very close to him... he's kind of a big deal.
