ABOUT ME

Wanna take a walk?!
well, im relaxed, not picky, and i RARELY stop smiling.
I graduated from UCSD as a linguistics student, with a minor in environmental studies. I love to talk, and I am interested in saving the world. Ok, so maybe I'm not so unique...
My current passion is outdoor education and recreation, I teach and guide backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, and snorkeling trips. I am currently working on a farm, I believe in the SLOW food movement, 100 mile diet, and living responsibly.
I love sitting around drinking tea, going running, reading books, cooking, acro yoga, and drinking beer or whatever else is on hand.
can we walk yet? I don't like to sit around. Unless there is food and beer.

Currently I am exploring Canada! I want to get to know the area for the people here as well as the amazing landscape. So I am looking for genuine connection to a place through people. People make a place, community is everything.

I want to share my enthusiasm, I know from experience it is nice to get to know a place through a locals eyes, and it’s always nice to have visitors make you remember how great it is where you are. I enjoy cooking for others and swapping stories.
