Overview
About Me
We're native Arkansans living in the Willamette Valley.
We're fairly practical people with a hint of the whimsical.
Aaron is the extrovert of the pair while Callie is the sensible one.
We love to have a good time, but to us that usually means having a beer at the house while playing scrabble and going to bed at 9:30. However, if prodded, we will venture out into the night.
We're easy to get along with and low maintenance.
We'd love to meet you, so would our two pups, Boone (a Boston terrier) and Charlie (a lab-pit mix).

Music, Movies, and Books
My all-time favorite movie is The Sound of Music. Sorry. Others include The Royal Tenenbaums, Lost in Translation and Goodbye Lenin!
My favorite bands are the Decemberists, the Magnetic Fields, stuff like that... Right now I'm really jamming on some modern cajun stuff, though!
I read too much to even begin to talk about here. Check out my goodreads account & friend me if you'd like! http://www.goodreads.com/user/show/8470583-callie

My lists vary quite a bit from Callie's, she says my favorite movies are any of the lego-man movies (read: Transformers). They're not my favorite but who doesn't love explosions? I really enjoy long, slow dramas.
Musically it's one or two genres with the tendency to venture out for periods of time. Mostly it's metal and indie rock. Lately it's been a lot of bluegrass.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
fell into the danube river & down the stairs of st. peter's....broke my foot in south korea...slept on the floor of various buddhist temples.
- Callie
Almost fell into the Grand Canyon from a moving vehicle (or at least my six-year-old mind thought I did), toured the countryside in a rock-n-roll band.
