ABOUT ME

Hello my name is Callum I was born in Scotland but moved to Bristol at the age of 10, so I call myself a Scottishbrizzle!
I am a huge huge fan of music. Travelling, I love to see and experience different places. I dont really have a hometown as moved so much, I was born a nomad and I think I will carry on like this for a long time to come. I love walking and trekking I find this is the best way to get explore and see places for how they really are. I like doing yoga try to keep it in my daily routine, also meditating to keep a nice clear head. Reading, I always need to have two books in my life one fiction and one non fiction. I dabble into a bit of poetry and tend to write down my thoughts. I love the hustle and bustle of big cities but nature is really where my heart is. My most favourite thing is this world though is food!

I am a massage therapist and have real passion for my work and career.

I like the idea of seeing a city or town from the perspective of somebody who lives there and not just a tourist. I am new to couchsurfing and have heard nothing but good things from friends so I am keen to experience.

I love all music depending on my mood. The Smiths are the best band to ever exist, The Dj Producer is the best dj to grace the decks. Rave music is one love but anything Soul, techno, funk, rock, post punk, hip hop, trip hop, IDM, indie, classical, if its good music it is good music!

I tend to fall asleep during a lot of films so it takes me a couple of days to watch one. 80's Arnie and Stallone films. Rocky and Commando for the win! I am more into series.

I like to read a book about or set in the country which I am in. Anything by Irvine Welsh, Terence Mckenna, Graham Hancock, Autobiographies, Shantaram, Papillion, The Alchemist.

30 day trek in the himalayas. Across the Annapurna Range, gained up to 5400m seen some of the biggest mountains in the world and was always surrounded by nature.
