i've been studying dragon & tiger qi gong for a while. danced with a ballet company in the midwest for a few years. studied the mysore practice of ashtanga yoga. would love to learn reiki. and i've been doing the wim hof breathing method and cold emersion for about 9 months. i really want to learn how to heal the body and move from the deep place without thought. i'd love to share any knowledge i can, and learn from you as well.
