I suck at answering questions like this and usually ask a friend, "Hey, if someone asked you about me, what kind of things would you say?" I just did that again. I should probably write these answers down and save them for the next time I'm asked this question again.

Interests

I love traveling! I'm very avid about giving back to my community with service! I enjoy the arts in many forms. I'm a theater junkie, former college radio station DJ, jewelry designer, scrapbook guru, amateur photographer. I'm very passionate about our future leaders of tomorrow and a large chunk of my time is dedicated to them. I work in community centers, after school programs, leadership summer programs (Camp Rising Sun) and will be serving as a City Year NY corp member this upcoming school year!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to a football (soccer) game in Rome, Roma vs. Palermo,and was amazed by the impact of sports in their culture! It was wild & crazy, I loved it!
I became a counselor at a leadership camp I went to when I was once a teenager (cue: back in my day) and after one of the hikes that I supervised, the group leader pulled me aside to thank me for pushing her to be a great hiking leader and believing in her!
