HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wanted to hitchhike to Lapland, didn't know anyone there and a friend told me about Couchsurfing. It helped me... even though I found only 2 hosts in Lapland!

Only positive experiences (except one due to different expectations of the meeting) in diverse countries.

Interessen

primates, nature, wildlife, travel, cuisine, film/music festivals, organic farming, and to move my body (sport in general)! But I´m also interested in things I don´t know!

movies: f.e. "The life of David Gale"; "Precious"; "Nobody knows about the Persian cats"; "Our daily bread".

music: openminded, like to discover new musics from abroad. Currently: "Traveller" from Anoushka Shankar & co. ; Christine and the Queens; "Daram omidi - Twinglings of hope" from Mahsa & Marjan Vahdat but also Pete Yorn & Scarlett Johanson, Hindi Zahra, Anthony and the Johnsons, Lauryn Hill, The Fugees...

books: there are a lot, I like to go to some library and to smell some old books... Last book I couldn't stop reading: Gaddafi's harem from Annick Cojean.
