Hi everyone!

I'm currently on my year abroad in Chengdu, China, studying Mandarin at Sichuan University. I also study French and German and a little bit of Dutch, but have had to leave these in England to concentrate on my Chinese.

Been exploring the delights of Chengdu for 2 months now and am looking to spread my wings and discover all four corners of the Middle Kingdom.

Living in student dorms right now, but hopefully this will soon not be the case and I will be free to host as many people as want to come!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to travel across as much of China as my student loan will allow, meeting new people along the way and squeezing every last penny out of the budget as possible.

Would love to show people around my adopted home, Chengdu, even if I wouldn't be hosting.
