My name is Cameron I am 29 and work offshore on an oil rig 28 days on 28 days off so I'm not home for a month at a time. My housemate Dustin is 31 and is a Marine Engineer who is also away for the same amount of time. We have a spare matress that can be put in the lounge room as well as a couch which is comfortable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have travelled a lot myself and have been helped out by people overseas and I like to help people back... Good karma I guess. I like meeting new people from all over the world and making new friendships.

Interests

We like sports, Australian Rules Football is our favourite but we like most sports. I like partying (probably too much), festivals and good food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a big fan of house/techno music so if that's your thing I can take you to the best places in Melbourne but I like most music. Like reading about psychology and science. Big fan of Alan Watts and Terrence McKenna. Not really a huge movie/TV person but have a few favourites (fear and loathing in Las Vegas is my favourite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done many amazing things it's hard to pick just one but I did my solo skydive qualification a few years ago but haven't used it since.

I can't teach you much apart from maybe helping someone with their English if they're not so good but I can share good times with anyone.
