Not really sure how’s best to describe myself hahah! I’m 24 and from Scotland, having not yet decided where and what I want to do in life, both myself and my girlfriend have decided to spend a bit of time travelling throughout the states! We’re both going to work remotely in order to fund the journey but thought the best way to do it is to stay with locals and really immerse ourselves in the local cultures! (With the hope that we’ll make new lifelong friends along the way!) We are both very social and well mannered, will hopefully put a smile on the face of whoever is kind enough to accommodate us on our travels (trust me there will be funny stories to tell).

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

A couple years back me and my friend travelled through Croatia on our way to see Celtic play in Bosnia. We spent the night in Zagreb at a local motel where we ended up in the local bar with the owner drinking all night. Found out he had been a soldier during the Croatian war of independence and had the most amazing stories to tell! This adds massively to my reason for wanting to Couchsurf with locals because I’m very interested in learning local knowledge and history!
